A Message from the Founders
For over 20 years we have worked very closely with many
enterprises, both large and small, developing and
supporting accounting systems that are critical to the
smooth and efficient operation of their businesses.
During this time we have learned a thing or two about what
our customers want, need and expect from their accounting
systems and if the truth be known, we believe that there is
very little to distinguish one accredited accounting
product from another - at least in terms of their
functional capabilities. At the end of the day, it all
boils down to how much value we're actually able to deliver
to our customers, without compromising the quality and
integrity of our products and services. This has more to
do with the efficiency of our business, than anything else.
As a husband and wife team we live and breath a very
personal commitment to our customers, which we take very
seriously indeed. This is the same commitment that has
sustained our business in an extremely competitive, global
marketplace for over 20 years. That is to deal fairly and
squarely with all of our customers at all times, as well as
to ensure that they are completely satisfied with their
purchase. This promise has led us to define an entirely new
distribution strategy, which we believe others in our
industry will eventually follow if they're to remain
competitive.

delivered complete with everything that you are likely to
need from an accounting system, both now and well into the
future. As your business needs change - even if you need

Generally speaking, the accounting software industry
continues to go about the distribution of its products in a
terribly inefficient way. It has also become quite
notorious in its ability to exact payment for things that
users frankly just don't need, or which they have actually
already paid for... Our approach has been to eliminate many
of the costly things that are built into the price you pay
for similarly featured products from our competitors.
Things like expensive and mostly empty boxes, as well as up
to three or even more intermediaries in the distribution
chain all had to go if we were going to deliver competitive
value to our customers. We decided that Omni users would
only ever pay for the things they need. What's more they
would have every reasonable opportunity to try any
configuration of Omni before they would be required to pay
for anything.
